二、活不過九十歲的人那是你的錯
全國首席心血管病專家、北大人民醫院心研所所長胡大一教授認為:長壽秘訣為:多喝白開水,飲食八分飽,日行一萬步。「隻要你遵守四句老話——戒菸限酒,合理膳食,有氧運動,心態平衡,就可輕輕鬆鬆活到九十歲。活不過90歲那就是你的錯!」沒有健康很難享受小康,對健康一定要上心、用心和關心。
10個心梗,9個可以被預測。胡大一教授講了這樣一件事:30幾年前,他接待了一個來訪的美國醫學代表團,住在當時非常高檔的燕京飯店。代表團的一位負責人早上拉開窗簾,看到長安街上的自行車流非常壯觀,感慨地說:「中國人很健康!」三十年後,還是這位負責人,又一次來到北京,住在更加豪華的飯店。他早上推開窗戶,隻見長安街上高樓林立,富麗堂皇,車流滾滾,但這個「車」已由自行車變成了小汽車,他長嘆一聲:「中國人得病了!」
出門就打的,進門坐電梯;菸酒不離身,洋快餐不離口……不健康的生活方式是國人心血管疾病發病的主因。據統計,中國每年有300萬人死於心血管疾病,平均每12~13秒就有一人被心血管疾病奪去生命。三四十歲的人心肌梗塞不罕見,已佔了心梗住院病人的五分之一。
大家都知道有病去看,但真正的預防卻沒人重視。「疾病發展幾十年,致殘致死一瞬間」,胡教授指出,10個心梗,9個可被預測;6個心梗,5個可以被預防。人類告別癌症,可多活3年,人類告別心血管病,可多活10年。
1、堅持日行萬步路
運動的好處人人皆知,關鍵是很多人既沒有落實,也不能堅持。「我不是很閒的人。」胡大一教授說,開會時間,如果離會議樓不遠,他一定會走著去;會間茶歇他會起來走動;在候機廳候機時他會不停地走;出行他儘可能乘地鐵、坐公交;上樓的時候,別人乘電梯,他會走樓梯……「我帶計步器鍛鍊11年了,每天走1萬步。」胡大一認為走路是運動的最好方式,簡單經濟、安全有效,對老年人關節、肌肉、韌帶損害很小,對心臟負擔相對較小。除此之外,平時可練練小啞鈴、橡皮帶等。鍛鍊身體的靈活性可選擇太極拳及瑜伽。另外,慢跑、扭秧歌、打乒乓球等都適合老年人。胡大一讓大家記住有氧運動中的「1357」:每天運動1次,持續不少於30分鐘,每週確保運動5天,運動時適宜心率=170-年齡。
2、飯吃八分飽,要有適度飢餓感
胡大一建議大家記住這樣一個原則:總量控製八分飽,合理搭配不過分。食鹽量每天不超過5克,特別是東北地區飲食偏鹹,更要減鹽;少吃或不吃超市裡賣的熟食,吃方便麵調料包隻用三分之一就足夠了,以免熱量、鹽等攝入超量;減少膳食脂肪,多吃蔬菜水果、五穀雜糧;適度吃瘦肉,或雞鴨及魚肉;海鮮適度;雞蛋每天1個,如果膽固醇高或有冠心病,就每星期吃4 ~5個。如果到了中午或下午四五點鐘,你感覺到有點餓,說明這一天的食量是合適的。
3、喝酒有度,白酒每天別超1兩
胡大一提醒,吸菸不光是嗜好,更是一種疾病。菸草中的尼古丁是毒品,其成癮性與******相似。戒菸是降低心血管病風險最經濟的方式,可降低36%的死亡率。酒倒是可以喝一點。有些報導說,適當喝酒可以保護心臟,其實這沒有確切的科學依據,有人說喝酒可以升高體內的好膽固醇,其實走30分鐘的路或做點運動就可實現。如果你不喜歡喝酒就不要主動去喝;更別相信「買酒保健康」的商業廣告。對喜歡喝酒的人來說,男性每天1兩(50克)白酒,2兩葡萄酒,300毫升啤酒,三選一是可以的。女性減半,孕婦不能喝酒。
4、記住「愛心數字」:140 6 543 0 268。
「140」是血壓達標值。要保護心臟,必須把收縮壓降到140毫米汞柱以下。
「6」是血糖達標值。建議空腹血糖降到6毫摩爾/升以下。
「543」是血脂達標值。低危人群總膽固醇須低於5毫摩爾/升;患糖尿病或吸菸者,總膽固醇須在4毫摩爾/升以下;高危人群,即有多項危險因素,如既有糖尿病又吸菸的人,總膽固醇必須控製在3毫摩爾/升以下。
「0」指的是零吸菸。
「268」指的是腰圍。中國男性要把腰圍控製在2.8尺以下,女性在2.6尺以下。
5、定期輸液,不如多喝白開水
換季時,很多老人常常去定期輸液,以此達到稀釋血液的目的,這樣做是非常荒謬的。身體本身是個無菌環境,輸液則是有創的,這種輸液無效也不安全,對身體沒好處。如果真的覺得自己的血液太黏稠了,完全可以多喝點白開水,根本沒有必要輸液。單純為了降低血液黏稠度而吃藥輸液,那是花錢買風險。
6、送給老年朋友幾個字——淡泊名利,廣交朋友,多做實事,善待自己。
人生不如意十之八九,要常想「一二」而不思「八九」。人活七十古來稀,但現在活到90歲應該是常態,我們應該有這樣一個人生目標:不過99,輕易不能走,讓我們向著100歲邁進!

清晨3件事助你活過90歲

1.艾葉熏蒸治偏頭痛
將端午節采集回來的艾葉壹把,放在鍋內燒開,煮20分鍾後端下,趁熱用布蒙住頭進行熏蒸。水涼了之後再放上火上燒,每次熏兩遍,每天熏兩次,壹個星期後可痊愈。
2.按摩牙龈消紅腫
先將雙手洗淨,用右手中指按摩左側的牙龈,用左手中指按摩右側的牙龈,力度逐漸加大,時間約兩分鍾左右。按摩之後,立即用甲硝坐藥液漱口,時間爲壹分鍾。

32.蜂蜜治青光眼
急性青光眼病人,可服蜂蜜80毫升,壹日分三次服完;慢性青光眼、眼壓持續偏高者,服蜂蜜50毫升,壹日分3次服完,幾天後可使症狀緩解。因蜂蜜是壹種高滲劑,服後能使血液滲透壓升高,以吸收眼內水分,降低眼壓。
33.桂圓殼炭可治血
桂圓若幹,食肉後將殼、核曬幹,入鍋炒成炭,搗碎後篩之,將其粉灰裝入瓶內備用。壹旦家人出現手腳外傷,敷之有奇效,愈後無痕迹。

用勺子舀壹點純淨蜂蜜,直接塗抹在患處,讓蜂蜜在口中保留壹會兒,然後用白開水漱口咽下壹天兩三次。蜂蜜含有腎上腺皮質激素樣物質和抑菌素,有較強的抗菌、消炎、收斂、止痛作用。含漱蜂蜜水有利于口腔黏膜上皮細胞的修複,促進潰瘍面愈合。

35.喝醋加蜂蜜水治老年斑
每天早上空腹喝壹碗醋加蜂蜜水。方法:先用涼白開水將壹湯勺醋加壹湯勺蜂蜜攪勻再加些熱水,最少喝壹小碗,多了不限。堅持半年見效。
36.核桃黑芝麻桑葉治失眠
核桃仁、黑芝麻、桑葉各50克。搗爛如泥,做成丸,每丸3克。每次服9克,每日2次。適用于失眠較久的人。

每天早飯前服用幾顆(塊)洗淨的核桃仁,或閑時隨嚼,也可用豆漿壹類滋補飲料沖服,能治久治不愈的便秘頑疾。

中藥店買50克紅花浸泡在500克米醋中,壹周後便可用來塗擦患部,使其軟化、消除。如果嚴重者,多制作幾次使用,效果更佳。
41.紅薯粥可治老年便秘
用大米、小米各2~3兩,加紅薯4~7兩,熬成紅薯稀飯,晚飯前後食用,翌日早上,大便即可緩解,收效之速,勝過醫藥,且可常食,無副作用。吃壹段時間的紅薯,便秘可以消失。
42.呼氣可緩解偏頭痛
偏頭痛症通常是由于大腦供氧過量引起的,當偏頭痛症剛發作時,拿壹個圓錐形的小紙袋或小塑料袋(最好不透孔),將袋子開口的壹頭捂住鼻子和嘴,用力向袋內呼氣,以減少大腦的氧氣,反複數次後,偏頭痛症就會緩解,以致最後消失。
43.槐花蜜治鼻窦炎
仰頭,用棉簽蘸取蜂蜜,順著鼻孔滴進去,可多滴幾滴,然後用手指輕輕按揉鼻子兩側。過壹會兒,鼻子就通氣了。每天可滴兩三次,四五天就可痊愈了。
44.黃芪治早搏
取黃芪15克放入杯中,加入熱開水200至300毫升浸泡,隨泡隨服用,反複沖泡至水淡爲止,日壹劑,連服五日爲壹個療程。如能堅持服用壹至二個療程,常能收到消除早搏的效果。黃芪具有益氣、固表、強心的功效。
45.藿香正氣水治日光性皮炎
夏季紫外線強,皮膚暴曬過度會引起日光性皮炎。這時,可以用藿香正氣水塗抹患處,即可消除瘙癢。
46.雞蛋殼治胃病
將幹淨的雞蛋殼打碎,放在鍋內炒焦(成黃黑色),然後研成粉末吞服,每次約3克,早晚各壹次,對治療胃痛、胃酸過多、胃及十二指腸潰瘍很有效果。
47.雞蛋竹葉湯治氣管炎
每天早晨將壹個新鮮雞蛋打入碗中,攪均後備用。先將竹葉(中藥店有售)洗淨放在水中煮,煮沸後把竹葉撈出,然後將燒開的竹葉水沖入准備好的雞蛋中,用碟子蓋好,悶上壹會兒即可,
每天早晨空腹服用壹次。蛋中不要放任何調料,尤其是鹽。堅持服用15~20天,慢性支氣管炎會有效果。
48.芥末面治前列腺肥大
將芥末面用米醋調成糊狀,攤在塑料紙上,成爲比碗口大些的圓形。壹小袋芥末面,可分四次用。然後把殿部尾闾(尾骨端)上部擦拭幹淨,再將攤好芥末面糊在尾闾往上的部位上。每日換壹次即可。
49.芥末治腳裂口
用40℃左右的溫水洗腳,泡10分鍾左右,然後擦幹,用溫水調好芥末,漿糊狀,不要太稀,用手抹在患處,穿上襪子,以保清潔。第二天再用溫水洗腳,再抹,2~3次即愈。
50.韭菜膏治跌打損傷
韭菜半斤,洗淨切碎搗成韭菜膏敷在患處。壹般連敷三次就能痊愈。

氣喘、喉嚨痛、多痰,除了對症吃藥外,水果也有意想不到的功效,能幫妳減緩咳嗽的症狀。咳嗽時伴有氣喘,或幹嗽無痰時,可以吃點杏。此外,幹咳時,吃點香蕉或菠蘿,效果也不錯。
如果咳嗽時伴有喉嚨痛,就屬于炎症性咳嗽,不妨吃點橘子。處于發病初期或久咳多痰者,可以吃點梨,加入川貝母、冰糖將梨蒸後食用,效果更佳。還可以吃點枇杷。
54.快速除牙痛驗方
取大蒜適量搗爛,溫熱後敷在痛點上可以緩解牙髓炎、牙周炎以及牙痛等症狀。把味精與溫開水按1:50的比例化開後,口含味精溶液壹會兒再吐掉。這樣連續幾次,堅持兩天後牙痛就會消失。
牙痛的時候可以切壹片小生姜咬在痛處,必要的時候可以重複使用。取白酒100克放在杯中,再加食鹽10克,攪拌,等食鹽溶化後燒開。含上壹口在疼痛的地方(不要咽下去),牙痛會立即止住。

‘What’s extraordinary is that after so many years people are still talking about this gown.’
Today, the flag will be flown at half mast at the Althorp Estate, with the family marking the anniversary privately.

Chelsea Clinton announced today that she has quit her role as a 'special correspondent' for NBC
Clinton, 34, and her investment banker husband Marc Mezvinsky live in the Gramercy neighborhood of Manhattan in a $10.5million apartment
Clinton and husband Marc, 36, celebrated their fourth-wedding anniversary at the end of last month. They were married in a lavish inter-faith ceremony in Rhinebeck, New York on July 31, 2010.
The couple live in a $10.5million condo in the Gramercy area of Manhattan.
Alex Wallace, senior vice president at NBC News, praised Clinton today and didn't rule out working with her in the future.
She told People: "Chelsea's storytelling inspired people across the country and showcased the real power we have as individuals to make a difference in our communities.
'While she will be missed, we look forward to working with her in the future.'
Her exit removes some potential awkwardness for the network if her mother runs for president in 2016.
NBC made certain to keep Clinton off the air around the time her mother was making media appearances to promote a book, to avoid any appearance of conflict.
NBC also received some criticism when stories about her salary appeared but the network didn't comment on the reports.

I am grateful NBC gave me the opportunity to continue this important legacy.
To continue focusing on my work at the Clinton Foundation and as Marc and I look forward to welcoming our first child, I have decided to leave my position as a NBC Special Correspondent.
At NBC, I've had the opportunity to share the work of people like Carlos 'Coach Khali' Sweeney , whose Downtown Boxing Gym offers kids on the east side of Detroit a lifeline through academic tutoring and boxing instruction.
I met Principal Peggy Candelaria, whose Homework Diner in Albuquerque helps kids with their homework and also feeds those same kids and their families, fostering a renewed sense of community, a program that now serves as a model across Albuquerque and beyond.
I also spent time with Annette Dove whose TOPPS program in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, continues to fill the hunger, education and safety gaps for kids of all ages in her community. I will always be inspired by their and others' collective passion, courage, ingenuity and perseverance.
I am profoundly grateful to NBC viewers who responded to the stories I shared, providing funds to help expand the reach of those programs and who encouraged their schools' principals, their mayors and local activists to think about how to build similarly transformative programs in their own communities.It's been a privilege to be part of the NBC Family.
I admire the work and dedication that their reporters, producers, crews, editors and studio teams deliver every day, particularly as I personally experienced through the stewardship of Brian Williams at Nightly News and Rock Center.
